Order Processing

Your original media and containers will be returned with your completed order. 

Note: Movie film will be cleaned and spliced onto new 7-inch plastic reels. Your original reels will be returned empty. 

Your custom order will take 2-3 weeks from the time you send it to us to when you get it back. You will get an email notification once we receive your media, and another email when we ship it back to you.

If your order was not processed, it might be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • The content contains copyrighted material
  • The content contains illegal or obscene material
  • Your media is not in a format we are able to process
  • Your videotape required repair for transfer and we were unable to get in touch with you for permission to proceed
  • The quality of the tape or film was so poor that we could not process it
